Terms of service.
1. Booking and Payment Policy:
a. To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of final price is required.
b. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.
c. Payments can be made via cash app, pay, or, Zelle and a receipt will be provided after payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. If the client cancels the shoot 1-3 days prior to the shoot date, the deposit will be forfeited.
b. If the client cancels the shoot the day of the shoot date, the full payment will be required.
c. If the photographer cancels the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.
3. Photography Ownership and Usage Policy:
a. The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the shoot.
b. All images will be delivered in digital format, and the client may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
c. The client may not modify or alter the images without the photographer’s consent.
4. Image Delivery Policy:
a. Images will be delivered to the client within 2 days after the shoot.
b. The images will be delivered via Dropbox , and the client will be provided with a download link.
c. The photographer will provide the client with a limited license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes.
5. Rescheduling Policy:
a. The client has up to 2 days prior to the shoot date to reschedule .
b. If the client needs to reschedule within 1 day of the shoot date, the photographer will make every effort to accommodate the client’s request, but cannot guarantee availability.
c. If the photographer needs to reschedule the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit.
